A street address is accepted in far more places than a P.O. Box. Every bank and agency makes its own rules though, so we list what the address is rather than promising what every institution will do with it.
What happens to my mail?
Every piece you ask us to open is scanned and summarized by Henry in plain language, in English or your own language, for a flat $1.99. Forwarding anywhere costs actual postage with no handling fee.
Is there paperwork before I can receive mail?
Yes, one form. US law requires USPS Form 1583 before any provider can receive mail on your behalf. You complete it online once, when your address activates. Nothing is needed to order.
